Cookies
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can eat them as-is, or for ooey-gooey goodness, heat them in the oven or airfyer at 180°C for 3-5 minutes, until warm and gooey.
To keep fresh for several days freeze cookies immediately in airtight container (for up to a month) and when you are ready to have them, heat them up at 180°C  for 8-10 min until heated through before serving.
Warning: never store your cookies in the refrigerator or use a microwave to reheat them! Unless you want dry and hard cookies which is no fun for anyone.

Brownies
Brownies can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can eat them as-is, chilled for a fudge like core, or reheated for the molten goodness, heat them in the oven or airfyer at 180°C for 3-5 minutes or microwave in short burst of 10 seconds, until warm and gooey.
To keep fresh for several days refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for 5 min before serving. Brownies can be frozen for up To reheat brownies from frozen for up to a month and reheated at 160°C for 7-10 min before serving.
