CHUNKY COOKIES

How should I store my cookies?

We doubt they'll last long enough, but just in case you have willpower (respect), keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. When the craving hits again, pop them in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 3–5 minutes for that fresh-from-the-oven, ooey-gooey moment all over again.

Want to make the happiness last longer? Freeze them immediately in an airtight container for up to a month and reheat at 180°C for 8–10 minutes. Frozen cookie insurance is honestly a life skill.

One thing we feel strongly about: do NOT store your cookies in the fridge or reheat in the microwave. Dry, hard, sad cookies are not the Whiskdom experience and you deserve so much better than that.

GOOEY BROWNIES

How should I store my brownies?

You managed to save some? Impressive. Keep them in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Eat them straight from the container for a fudgy bite, chilled for a dense fudge-like core, or warmed in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 3–5 minutes for full molten brownie mode.

Quick warm-up? Microwave in short 10-second bursts until warm and gooey — short bursts only, we mean it.

Freeze for up to a month and reheat from frozen at 160°C for 7–10 minutes. Future you will be very glad present you was thinking ahead.

DELIVERY

What time will my order be delivered?

Our delivery window is 11AM–7PM on your chosen date. Fresh, fast, and ready to devour.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes, for an additional $10 (GST included), drop us an email at hello@whiskdom.com and we'll make it work.

What if my delivery doesn't go through?

Our courier waits up to 15 minutes at your address. If they can't reach you, they'll continue with the day's deliveries. Same-day redelivery is available for a $15 charge. Double-check your address at checkout. For any issues, email us at hello@whiskdom.com as quickly as possible.

SELF-COLLECTION

Can I collect in person?

Absolutely! we love that energy. Select Store Pickup at checkout, choose your preferred time slot, and come say hi. Walking out with cookies in hand is honestly one of life's great joys.

BULK ORDERS

Can I order in bulk?

Order as much as your heart desires! For bulk or corporate orders, drop us a line at hello@whiskdom.com and we'll work something out together. The more cookies in the world, the better.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

What is your refund policy?

Because everything is made fresh to order, we're unable to offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or amendments once payment is completed. If something goes wrong on our end, any refund will be issued as an online credit.
